To qualify for this visit you need to be a current patient of performance science and rehab and one of the therapist needs to have referred you for a problem-based visit. The most common referral is going to be for imaging. Typically x-rays or MRI.  The cost for this visit is $150. This includes a telemedicine visit with Dr. Firth and referrals for necessary imaging.
